1Introduction

Welcome to Astrovasturaj ("we," "us," "our," "the Company"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.astrovasturaj.in (the "Website"), and your booking of any consultation, purchase of any product, or enrolment in any course offered by us, whether online or in person.

By accessing the Website, booking a consultation, purchasing a product, or enrolling in a course, you ("you," "the Client," "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or avail of our services.

2About Us

Astrovasturaj is operated by Mr. Rajendra Tank, an Astrologer and Vastu Consultant with over 25 years of experience.

3Definitions

  • "Services" means the Astrology and Vastu Shastra consultation services described in Clause 7.
  • "Products" means the physical/tangible items offered for sale, described in Clause 8, including the Book, the Vastu Course, and Gemstone Bracelets.
  • "Consultation" means any astrology or Vastu session, whether conducted online (video/audio call, WhatsApp) or in person at our office or a client's premises.
  • "Client" or "you" means the individual booking a Consultation, purchasing a Product, or using the Website.

4Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Website, booking of a Consultation, or purchase of a Product constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time (see Clause 25). Continued use of our Services or Website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5Eligibility & Minors

5.1Users must be 18 years of age or older to independently book a Consultation, purchase a Product, or enrol in the Vastu Course.

5.2Clients under the age of 18 must be physically accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for both online and in-person consultations. We will not conduct a private consultation with a minor in the absence of a parent/guardian.

5.3Where birth or personal details of a minor (e.g., for matchmaking or kundali reading) are submitted, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian submitting such details to ensure they have the authority and consent to do so.

6Nature of Our Services — Important Disclaimer

6.1Astrology and Vastu Shastra are traditional belief systems based on ancient Indian knowledge systems. The guidance, readings, remedies, and recommendations provided by us are based on the interpretation of astrological charts, planetary positions, and Vastu principles, applied through the experience and judgment of our consultant.

6.2Our Services are intended to provide guidance and are NOT a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, structural/civil engineering, or any other licensed professional advice. For any health, legal, financial, or structural concerns, you should always consult an appropriately qualified and licensed professional.

6.3We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or predictions. Astrological and Vastu guidance is advisory in nature, and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances, free will, and factors beyond anyone's control.

6.4Vastu recommendations relating to construction, renovation, or structural changes to a property should be independently verified with a qualified architect, structural engineer, or civil contractor before implementation. We are not responsible for any structural, safety, or legal issues arising from construction/renovation work undertaken based on our recommendations.

6.5By availing our Services, you acknowledge that you are doing so out of personal belief and choice, and you release us from liability for any dissatisfaction with outcomes that are astrological/Vastu-based in nature.

Consultations are available both online (via call/video/WhatsApp) and in person at our office or at a mutually agreed location, subject to availability.

8Our Products

8.1Book — "VastuRaj Vigyaan" (Gujarati) A published work authored by Mr. Rajendra Tank on the principles of Vastu Shastra, available for purchase in physical form.

8.2Learn Vastu Shastra Course (In-Person) A structured, in-person course teaching the principles and practical application of Vastu Shastra.

8.3Gemstone Bracelets (Made-to-Order) Astrological gemstone bracelets prepared and dispatched on order, based on the client's individual astrological requirements.

9Booking a Consultation

9.1Consultations may be booked via the Website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

9.2For online consultations, full payment must be made in advance, prior to the scheduled session.

9.3For in-person/physical consultations, payment is collected after the session is completed.

9.4It is the Client's responsibility to provide accurate personal, birth (date, time, and place of birth), and contact details at the time of booking. We are not responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.

10Fees & Payment

10.1Fees for Consultations, the Vastu Course, and Products will be communicated at the time of booking/purchase and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

10.2We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other modes as communicated at the time of booking.

10.3All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

11Cancellation & Refund — Consultations

11.1If you cancel a scheduled Consultation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you are entitled to a full refund (for online consultations where payment was made in advance).

11.2No refund will be provided if a Consultation is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or once the Consultation session has been completed.

11.3Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability, at no extra cost.

12Cancellation, Deferment & Refund — Vastu Shastra Course

12.1We understand that registering for our Vastu Shastra Course reflects a genuine investment of your time and money, and we aim to be fair and flexible.

12.2Deferment: If you are unable to attend on your registered dates due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request to defer your enrolment to a future batch, subject to availability.

12.3Withdrawal & Refund:

  • A full refund will be provided if you withdraw at least 3 days before the start of the course.
  • No refund will be provided if you withdraw within 3 days of the start of the course.

12.4Refunds for the Course will follow the timelines and payment-mode conditions set out in Clause 17 (Refund Timelines & Mode).

13Book — Copyright & Restrictions on Reproduction

13.1"VastuRaj Vigyaan" is an original literary work and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and applicable international copyright laws.

13.2Reprinting, photocopying, scanning, distributing, reselling, translating, or reproducing the Book (in whole or in part), in any format (physical or digital), without the prior written consent of the author/publisher is strictly prohibited.

13.3Any unauthorized reprinting or redistribution of the Book will be treated as a copyright violation and may lead to serious legal consequences, including but not limited to civil action for damages and/or criminal proceedings under applicable law.

14Gemstone Bracelets — Orders, Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

14.1Made-to-Order / Customised Items Gemstone bracelets are manufactured only after you review and approve the final design (via CAD or any other format we provide). Once the design is approved and manufacturing begins:

  • The making charges already incurred are non-refundable and will be deducted from any advance paid.
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with this policy.
  • This deduction covers only the costs genuinely incurred in producing your custom piece.

14.2Shipping

  • Delivery is available for PAN India locations only (no international shipping at this time).
  • Delivery typically takes 7–15 working days, depending on the delivery address.

14.3Cancelling Your Order You are never locked in once you have paid.

  • Before Dispatch: Free cancellation is allowed before the order has been dispatched. Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible so we can stop the order in time. The amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has left our facility, it is treated under the Returns conditions in Clause 14.4 below. Please refuse delivery or raise a return request within the applicable window, where eligible.

14.4Returns — Damaged, Defective, Wrong Item, or Other Reasons If your order arrives damaged, defective, is not the item you ordered, or you wish to return it for any other reason, a Google Form will be shared with you to raise your return request. You must specify the exact reason for the return in this form. Returns are accepted within 10 days of product delivery, and the product must be returned in unused condition (with original packaging and tags/certificates where applicable). Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a refund, as applicable.

14.5What Is NOT a Valid Reason for Return

  • Change of mind — simply disliking the product or no longer wishing to keep it.
  • Minor flaws or packaging issues that do not affect the quality or function of the product.
  • Slight colour or size variation from what was perceived on-screen — natural stones vary naturally, and lighting, screen resolution, and manufacturing tolerances can cause small differences.

14.6Refund Timelines & Mode

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited only to the original account/payment method used to make the purchase.
  • This refund timeline and mode also applies to refunds relating to the Book and the Vastu Shastra Course (see Clauses 11, 12, and 13).

15How to Raise a Request or Grievance

We aim to resolve every concern quickly and courteously. You may reach us through:

16Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been approved but you have not yet received it, please:

  1. Re-check your bank account or card statement for the transaction.
  2. Contact your credit/debit card company, as posting a refund can take additional time on their end.
  3. Contact your bank, as refund processing involves several steps and can take time to reflect.

If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@astrovasturaj.in and we will help track it down.

17User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website or our Services for any unlawful purpose;
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or the personal/birth details of others while booking a Consultation;
  • Reproduce, copy, resell, or redistribute any consultation reports, kundali charts, remedies, course material, or the Book without our written consent;
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website.

18Intellectual Property

18.1All content on the Website — including text, logos, the Astrovasturaj brand name, graphics, course material, and the Book — is the intellectual property of Astrovasturaj/Mr. Rajendra Tank and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

18.2Kundali charts, astrological readings, and Vastu reports prepared for a Client are for that Client's personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced for commercial purposes without our written consent.

19Third-party Tools, Links & Widgets

The Website may use third-party tools such as a WhatsApp chat widget, Google Analytics, and advertising pixels (e.g., Meta/Facebook, Instagram) to help us communicate with you and improve our Services (see our Privacy Policy for details). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party platforms linked from or integrated into our Website.

20Limitation of Liability

20.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrovasturaj and Mr. Rajendra Tank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our Services, Products, or Website, including but not limited to any decisions made by you based on astrological or Vastu guidance provided.

20.2Our total liability, if any, arising out of or relating to a Consultation or Product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific Consultation or Product.

20.3Nothing in this clause shall limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

21Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrovasturaj, Mr. Rajendra Tank, and their associates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate or fraudulent information to us.

22Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, courier/logistics disruptions, internet/technical outages, or other events of force majeure.

23Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, our Services, or Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.

24Amendments

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

25Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

26Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astrovasturaj regarding your use of the Website and our Services/Products, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
